In chapter 20 Aj and Anthony go to Ruthie again for dinner because Ruthie and Aj want to learn for chemistry.Aj is angry because he goes one week away and he doesn``t know where he can leave Anthony!So Ruthie talks with her parents and Anthony can stay for this one week by Ruthie`s family.

In chapter 19 Aj is visit the gray stone from his mother!When Ruthie comes they talk about his mother and then they go to Ruthie for the dinner!They talk about his dead and why his mother has doing that!At the end of the chapter Anthony and Aj are talking about Ruthie and her family!

In chapter 18 Andrea , Christian and Ruthie talk about the sympathy of Christian and Ruthie!After this Ruthie drives to Anthony to takes him to the library!He asks her if she sees Aj!

In chapter 17 Ruthie and Aj talk about their lifes.For example if Ruthie wants to be white.After this Aj looks how his brother is playing with the other kids.He notes that they play MG`s!So Aj is angry and at the end of the chapter he fight with Franco and Aj only thinks on his mother!

Chapter 16

In chapter 16 Anthony and Ruthie talk about Aj and his family!Anthony tells Ruthie that his mother is dead because she kills herself!At the next day in chemistry Ruthie and Aj fight and so Ruthie tells him that she know what happens to his mother.

Chapter 15

Aj comes home at monday and he sees a blue Ford Escort park in front of his house.When he comes in he sees Anthony and Ruthie reading!But he doesn`t want that Ruthie helps his brother!At the end of the chapter Ruthie gets to know Franco the older brother of Aj.

Erika goes to choir monday morning and she sees that she is the lead of the musical Porgy And Bess.But Shanice, a black girl has the lead too!So Erika is realy angry.During they warm up Erika watchs at Shanice because she wants the lead at the musical.
